It seems like Peloton made a virtue of taking Diddy's music off their platform after he apologised for abusing his at-the-time partner in 2016.
HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON YOUR PLATFORM FOR YOU TO NEED TO TAKE HIM OFF!
News moves fast, at the first sign of trouble they should have quietly removed his tracks. Once the allegations started circling and the law enforcement proceedings began Diddy became too high risk for a brand to deal with.
Here's the thing, hardly anyone would have noticed. There's an abundance of artists out there for people to listen to. And this is not cancel culture, Peloton are as free to control the music they serve to their customers as Diddy is to make whatever music he wants.
Companies worldwide now examine their supply chain to ensure their products come from ethical sources, they don't want the risk of being close to bad people, poor supplier and exploitation. They should be doing it with their music too.
